Moving service date postponement
You must notify the postponement at least 7 days prior to the reserved date (including weekends). You must send the postponement request in writing via email or line to confirm the postponement of the moving service on that date. If you postpone after 7 days, the company reserves the right not to return the deposit to you and you will have to deposit the service fee again to confirm the new job queue on the day you need the new moving service.
